When I click on the BOM button I get a pop-up window that includes part prices. But when I export that BOM no prices are included. Is there a way to export a BOM with prices?

Yes you can have the prices included in the BOM list as long as you assign the appropriate components links from LCSC parts

The part numbers are already assigned when the BOM window opens. And all the prices are shown. But after exporting there are no prices in the csv file. It seems like a bug.
BTW, I don't use lcsc. I always pick parts from the assembly category of the parts library. (I have noticed the prices for assembly are lower than the prices from lcsc). Then I get the parts assembled on my board.
