Can reorder PCB prototype, but not SMT assembly

When I go to my past orders list and click "Reorder", an input field appears next to the PCB prototype item for me to enter a number of items. But next to the SMT assembly item for the same order, it says "isLocked". Is it not possible to reorder both the PCB prototype and the SMT assembly? Thanks for your advice . But stocks and price of components are not stable , currutly " reorder " is only available for PCB order .
