Can solid region cut-out have 90 degree angles?

Hello. I'm designing a PCB in EasyEDA and Im wondering what the capabilities of jclpcb is when it comes to board cut-outs. Are they cut with a router? In which case there would need to be a radius on the corners, right? Or can board cut-outs have sharp 90-degree angles?
