Can the "on hover" be changed to "on click" event? It's really difficult to use when the menus keep changing when I move my mouse over the options.

Thank you for your suggestion, Please if you can make any screen-shot so we can understand the exact issue and improve it in a proper way. That will be much appreciated.
If I am on the parts page, and I'm trying to move my curser to "Diodes" I have to move my mouse over the "Analog IC" link. Moving my mouse over that link will expand the Analog IC section, moving the Diodes link further down the screen, changing the target I'm trying to move my curser to. It is quite annoying to have a changing target.
