Good morning, This is the first time I've tried this software to make a very simple schematic circuit but cannot see how to stop the automatic renumbering of components. As an example, say I want to draw a circuit for a pcb with five resistors numbered R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 but where R1 is not mounted on the board so the pcb resistors should be R2, R3, R4 and R5 (with R1 mounted elsewhere). I draw the circuit and label the resistors R2, R3, R4 and R5, but after saving and re-loading the schematic, the resistors have been renumbered R1, R2, R3 and R4. I've looked but probably missed something obvious - how do I turn off automatic renumbering of the components and force them to use the numbers I gave them in the editor? Thanks for any help. Dennis.
