**BUG** Concise problem statement: Cannot place an order for PCBs because the name of my city is not accepted. An error message: 'City is too short' is displayed. Closing the message leaves me back at the order dialogue. The name of my city is 'York'. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Click 'Order...' icon on top toolbar. 2. Fill in details including postal address for delivery. 3. Click 'Order' in dialogue box Results: Error message pops up that says: 'City is too short' So, cannot place order for PCBs.
