You can message them and you can use the Report Error function if you find any faults but the only reliable way to check Symbols and Footprints is to get a copy of the datasheet and check them thoroughly against that. I think I'd have to say you use any parts I've entered at your own risk.  No way I'd state they are correct for your usage.

I have tried to impress on everyone the importance of checking **all** Schematic Symbols and PCB Footprints irrespective of which library they come from. That should probably extend to Schematic and PCB Modules too. :)
