On my circuits i dont have a bottom Solder Mask, but companies dont like this. So i've had to put a POINTLESS RING that does nothing to the circuit So Suggestion.. well TELLING you (other wise its WEEKS and WEEKS of EMAILS telling them its OK and they wont listen... Put a Pimple or some thing on every layer out the way and not effecting any thing.!
