D1 Mini and NodeMCU question

Hi,
Does anyone knows where to find the schematic and PCB diagrams for D1 Mini and NodeMCU? Since there are multiple manufacturers of these boards, I am assuming that these are available for public use.
I am trying to use these boards with wide range of additions for home automation and soldering each device is proving very time consuming. So far I have used following add-ons on these boards: * DS18B20 * DHT11 * HR-SC501 * RCWL-0516 * Reed switches * Relays * Stepper motors My premise is that if the schematic/PCB design for these boards is available to edit and then it might be easier to add custom components and reduce the headache of customizing each board. Please correct me in case I wrong as I am not an expert on these items. Thanks,

I have searched the web a bit but have not found any publicly available PCB files for this module. The biggest problem will be getting the antenna right so buying a commercial module may be safer in terms of getting decent RF performance and meeting regulatory standards. That said, the quality of documentation on many of these modules is very poor.
