Has somebody tried the new DHL Europe Packet shipping method? I'm asking because my packet seems to be blocked in Germany due the customs clearance (I'm from Romania), I'm a little bit confused because in the tracker I got some details like the DHL has to check with the importer e.g "A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or please contact DHL Customer Service for further assistance. Customer should contact DHL Customer Service if not reached by DHL", but the packet is blocked for almost 3-4 days in a row and nothing has happened since then, so who should take actions here? The customer, JLCPCB ?  Is it common to takes this long for customs clearance? The tracking number is: 5067566851, yet there is another tracking for Germany - Romania, but seems like the first phase of delivery is not done. Many thanks.
