I've seen a few posts from years ago asking about JLCPCB (still EasyEDA all at the time of the posts) mounting parts (mostly that LCSC sells) to PCBs that JLCPCB makes.  Does that service still exist? I need to prototype 10 boards, and I cannot mount one part (the only part that LCSC does not carry [an ISSI IS31FL3733 LED driver] because of the thermal pads).  (One part is through-hole, the 40-pin Raspberry Pi GPIO connector, which I can easily mount myself).  If JLCPCB can source the ISSI IC (ISSI might sample 10, and if not Mouser carries them cheaply enough) and then mount all of the SMD parts, how do I get a quote for that?
