I've seen a few posts from years ago asking about JLCPCB (still EasyEDA all at the time of the posts) mounting parts (mostly that LCSC sells) to PCBs that JLCPCB makes.  Does that service still exist? I need to prototype 10 boards, and I cannot mount one part (the only part that LCSC does not carry [an ISSI IS31FL3733 LED driver] because of the thermal pads).  (One part is through-hole, the 40-pin Raspberry Pi GPIO connector, which I can easily mount myself).  If JLCPCB can source the ISSI IC (ISSI might sample 10, and if not Mouser carries them cheaply enough) and then mount all of the SMD parts, how do I get a quote for that? Thanks! ...R

Did you get anywhere with this.   Sounds a really helpful service if it still exists.

+1 I'm also really interested in this service.  Would be great to know how to access this via JLCPCB/LCSC or referral to a third party if this is no longer offered.

No, nobody ever answered. They'll lose the whole project (which for me is no great loss since my project is small).

That's a pity.  Anybody else had any luck with a Chinese board loader who works with JLCPCB ?  Would be good for boards to come back with just all the SMT stuff loaded.  No need for through-hole or testing.

I've asked LCSC and JLCPCB directly and they say there is no such service even in China.
