Double-sided assembly

I have a small board with 135 x SMT resistors on one side and 7 x 10-position thru-hole DIP switches on the other. Is there no way to pay extra and get both sides assembled? I'm not looking forward to either soldering 270 SMT pads or 70 thru-hole pins. Thanks!! ...R

@wm8s, If you redesign the PCB to put everything on one side then JLCPCB should be able to assemble it.
