EasyEDA component library: Inconsistent results for JLCPCB SMT Assembly - Basic-parts not visible

I've noticed recently that SMT components listed by JLCPCB as _available for basic assembly_ show up _differently_ in EasyEDA Component Library. Searching here: [https://jlcpcb.com/client/index.html#/parts](https://jlcpcb.com/client/index.html#/parts) for "10uF" I can see this part [https://lcsc\.com/product\-detail/Multilayer\-Ceramic\-Capacitors\-MLCC\-SMD\-SMT\_SAMSUNG\_CL21A106KAYNNNE\_10uF\-106\-10\-25V\_C15850\.html/?href=jlc\-SMT](https://lcsc.com/product-detail/Multilayer-Ceramic-Capacitors-MLCC-SMD-SMT_SAMSUNG_CL21A106KAYNNNE_10uF-106-10-25V_C15850.html/?href=jlc-SMT) is listed as Basic, and 2357131 parts in stock - this is a good part to use for JLCPCB Assembly... In the last few days, if you searched for this product in EasyEDA Component Library, using the LCSC part number, "C15850", or the manufacturer part number, "CL21A106KAYNNNE", you could see the part listed but with stock of 0... not 2357131... Currently, if I search for that same part using either of those IDs, **it is no longer available** under _LCSL_ or _JLCBPC Assembled_. Currently if I search for "10uF" in EasyEDA Component Library - there are **NO** components listed as Basic under _JLCBPC Assembled. _How is that possible? 10uF is a very basic and common component... How can we design boards for JLCPCB trying to target SMT assembly for most / all components if they do not show up in EasyEDA or we can't trust the data / stock levels?

Hi , Thanks for your feedback . We can't support all components from lcsc . Currently our SMT function online only works for components that are in our JLCPCB library list, which does not include all the components . For some common components out of stock , you can also contact our [support@jlcpcb.com](mailto:support@jlcpcb.com) .They they will forward the request to our purchasing team .

Hi @JLCPCBsupport Thank you very much for the reply. I fully understand that only products in the JLCPCB library can be used for SMT assembly. I am not questioning this. My point is, that currently it seems, for a product WHICH IS listed by JLPCB website as a **BASIC PART**, and **IN STOCK**, _does not appear_ inside EasyEDA Library search. This product "C15850" is IN STOCK at JLCPCB for SMT assembly service - BASIC: ![c15850 in stock at JLCPCB](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/pvX7TIvKqSgZlrz9lt29h8xXVvzgSVVcWHSdxwz8.png) It is also showing as IN STOCK at LCSC: ![c15850 in stock at LCSC](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/wjUwLiIAuC6Xh3yEVCTOWwxY97628Qeh7PIgAkeg.png) But this product is not available in EasyEDA: ![c15850__.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/oAvGtsXI5fasGAHwq8FTfbBJhiX6ngMBJw2n8JuW.png) You get the same result if you search by the manufacturer part number "CL21A106KAYNNNE". No results. There is no point in contacting LCSC sales - this product is in stock. Why can we not select it and use it inside EasyEDA? _I think there is a data feed / API issue between LCSC / JLCPCB / EasyEDA??_ In fact, if you search for "1uF", there are NO results for _Basic_ parts. This suggest JLCPCB cannot SMT assemble the most common component? ![c15850___.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/ekM5uEnkvq1bScc0f2XZAbnEcCsgvHXWkQvxRjof.png) How can this be? Surely there must be an issue somewhere? Thank you again for your attention to this issue.

Issue seems to be partially corrected: There are some BASIC parts returned for "1uF" search: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/KdSENLCgYTnolEQe1J6aWTaNN8ldfnMsq4WjVfZ3.png) "C15850" is now appearing in searches, but only for LCSC, not JLCPCB Assembly library: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/HKCo9jpT6CiVqVDrCCmWsLvYRZepauaybbxIQjjH.png) However if you search by the manufacturer part number of C15850, then it **is** present: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/DuCIrSXJXXPxFW3UZqNVEvgVvRVaRbjWZypeDTwW.png)

I am seeing the same problem. For example, when I searched ATMEGA328P-AU, LCSC shows 28998 in stock.  However, in EasyEDA, it shows 0 under LCSC and JLCPCB Assembled. See screenshots below. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/cFJOaIVH7jVbmaGYPy9De0FuZ0PYEmt4SAoo06V8.png)![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/LQsamEIlCPJvtTsXdOCLrQfGWm33e0odIXC0inQK.png)

I Have the same problem! In most cases you can find the component only **manually** by scrolling through all entries in the list. **The search function is just NOT working!**

I've got a workaround, but it is tedious: Seach for the component you want on JLCPCB's SMT Assembly Library **website**: [https://jlcpcb.com/client/index.html#/parts](https://jlcpcb.com/client/index.html#/parts) This only shows products which JLCPCB can assemble as either basic or extended, so it doesn't show all LCSC's products ([https://lcsc.com/](https://lcsc.com/))... ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/pDWR8CB5wtNfTTZfCiT9OiYMSZLY8A39YBRoNptc.png) Then select your part and view the details: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/s8AMDq9ECrNdbZisVVCKwGHSXVhy97weNSmTz5vd.png) Depending on whats working that day, copy either the LCSC part number or the Manufacturer part number. Then back in EasyEDA Designer, open the parts libraries, select "LCSC Electronics" (at the top), and then search for the part number: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/dydiK7d0tjEAofSvPSh4I7X7oygAZMDwNiwsBJel.png) If you can't find the product, use the other part number instead. _You can see here that LCSC shows the product as out of stock even though JLCPCB's site says its in stock... so still good to use... JLC will have it._ Since JLCPCB can only assemble from it's own sister company's stock, its reasonable to assume that the component as in the "LCSC Electronics" library will be identical (in terms of type of product, package, footprint, etc) as which you would normally expect in the "JLCPCB Assembled" library...: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/awUFbgkXn2zXjWaTczn6xhDFrjlhKuGBfPxuY1Lu.png) Now, place that product as found in the "LCSC Electronics" library (even though LCSC says out of stock), and complete your circuit looking up each part in this manner. Then make the Gerber file, BOM file and Pick and Place file, then head over to JLCPCB's site to create a quote. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/XtKtBwb9dc97mXZAlTZp4M1Uyi0JFfKJ4Z0u3TCp.png) As you can see JCLPCB shows these parts as elibible for SMT assembly under _Basic, _and I guess that also means that are in stock at JLCPCB. This seems to work, but for my current project I'm using another company for PCB manufacture and SMT assemble bause JLC can _only_ do assembly on _GREEN PCBs!_ facepalm.gif

How is that? Component is "Basic part", icon "SMT" exists, but "Doesn't support JLCPCB SMT Service"? ![Screenshot_20210423_161157.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/p6xBawq4rMhFPEBqgY4BNWc9xR8dU9VqAFShgYcz.png)

@egor121 That is the data sync not intime, if JLCPCB offline this part, we will not update it immediately, we will update it soon.

@egor121 Hello Yes the part is not supported for Assembly since it is not available in our Parts library. Please refer to JLCPCB Parts library for all inquiries related to the parts availability : [https://jlcpcb.com/parts](https://jlcpcb.com/parts)

@bogomips did this issue ever get resolved? Feb 2022 - despite showing literally **millions** of MLCC in stock on JLCPCB: ![Capture.JPG](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/xeOcC4ClPX97lE4YTumiZvR70MTk19tG3Euu8UDx.jpeg) <br> Exactly **zero** are shown in the EasyEDA search engine: ![Capture.JPG](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/B1mF6KHCoaD73CYiamr9to1KJ1agjnkNXz9oSLG1.jpeg) I'm beginning to wonder what is even the point in using EasyEDA at this point?

Just to add my 2c worth\, I'm currently trying to find an opto isolator so I search opto\_smd\-4\_ to find only 4 pin SMD devices\. There are 841 devices available under "JLCPCB Assembled" but when I look through the list ALL are not supported. ![opto.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/6YVEcNAKNbF9Gvrbw48KF5AcwMLcyeOhNxOrOWxG.png) If I search just opto then 654 devices show up!!!! How can including TH devices be a smaller number. What is the point in having a "JLCPCB Assembled" section when NONE of the devices shown are available? These problems make EasyEDA unusable. Mike.

Some more info. If I select optocouplers in the left hand panel, I get a mystery number of items - it simply doesn't tell me, ![opto.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/do1DTGznJZO0cOSH6CkqUv68kBxSFWNsLhJ5JiM7.png) It then occurred to me that maybe I was searching with the wrong term. So I searched optocouplers and got back over 999+ parts in the "JLCPCB Assembled" - all of which are not available. Fix this. Mike.

Then, as suggested by  [JLCPCBsupport](https://easyeda.com/JLCPCBsupport) I went to [https://jlcpcb.com/parts](https://jlcpcb.com/parts) and searched optocouplers and found this, ![opto.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/IgCv6bbHmrr4MU73dvggy9nSbwEcXQqCPJemOcg4.png) A basic part, in stock but what is this Ext Price of $236.7? Anyway, went back to EasyEDA and searched the part number and, ![opto.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/sApzz64fGMHXdMBiEAR9jZfmRqeSH4qTjgGPN1pZ.png) Still not available. Mike.

@pommie Hello and sorry for the inconvenience prompted by the EasyEDA library! The EasyEDA support team are updating their libraries daily to match the updates of LCSC and EasyEDA stocks, maybe for your case the clear way is searching for the part's availability at JLCPCB parts library then copy and past the part number in the search toolbar of EasyEDA library, even if it says that the part is not support for assembly you can proceed and use it because our our JLCPCB assembly system will automatically recognize the part and it will appear when you place your order so no worries as long as you make sure the part is available in our Parts Library : [https://jlcpcb.com/parts](https://jlcpcb.com/parts) About the Ext price, you ignore that because it is a reference of the part price when you pre-order 1000pcs of it, you can learn more about the pre-order service through this link : [https://support.jlcpcb.com/article/164-what-is-jlcpcb-parts-pre-order-service](https://support.jlcpcb.com/article/164-what-is-jlcpcb-parts-pre-order-service)<br> <br> Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Why have a JLCPCB tab in EasyEDA if it simply doesn't work and the only way to find available parts is by searching a completely different site. Absolutely useless. Note, this is an EasyEDA problem not a JLCPCB problem. This excuse (from EasyEDA) about syncing is simply that, if I can search it (your site) then so should EasyEDA. Mike.
