Unfortunately it is not possible to import designs from Express PCB into EasyEDA. Reproduce the schematic and PCB so you can change it or just get more PCBs of the original design made? If I recall correctly you cannot export Gerbers from Express PCB but if you can post images of your original schematic and (Express) PCB, someone on the forum might have time to reproduce it for you in EasyEDA. Otherwise someone might be prepared to do it for a fee.

I suggest you start with a simple project just to play with EasyEDA and get familiar with it before you dive into a bigger more complex project. :)
