Hi andyfierman, Good morning
I dont know exactly what is BUS in EASYEDA. still I didnt used bus in my circuit. I will read the easyeda documents as soon as possible. Fanout is used to make pads (top, bottom, or multilayer) that connects the main controller or which net (component) we want. I just attach a image for your reference. [right side picture].
In image that pads are made with fanout option. we dont need to spend more time to make it. just one click. fanout option is available in EAGLE.
