Hi, I heard about this site via the eevblog. I thought I check it out and from a first glance it looks interesting, but I'm having a hard time finding the non technical information. I think if you want to earn the people's trust, you should also care about providing this type of information. Like where is this company based ? How much do you charge to order a PCB ? Do you ship to Europe and what are the shipping prices ? What's included in the service? Can you order parts or is it just the PCB? Are there limitations ? PCB size, number of layers, ...
