One of the components i have in my silkscreen is larger than the board i wish to print. I am making an arduino shield and so i have made the board outline and traced it around the perimeter of the arduino however when i go to order the PCB it is trying to print the silkscreen for the LCD screen i have overlapping to the right. I only want outline such as the first photo however it is not letting me do it and i dont know how to fix it?

It is all true that the GERBER is generated regarding the board outline but in your design it looks like it is generated around the silkscreen when it is not. You are getting the LCD shape because of the two mounting holes that you use in your design placed outside the board outline and it was considered as part of the PCB so the PCB shape was generated to reach these two holes as well.
Once I removed these holes (set as multi-layer) I got the PCB designed to fit the UNO shape :)
Please remove the two holes from outside the board outline and it will be all ok.
