Global Sourcing Parts

After JLCPCB couldn't source a transistor C108976 any more, I tried to order some through the Global Sourcing scheme, but the order has been cancelled.  Live chat say that Digikey cancelled the order but no reason given.  They have 54000 of them in stock so it wasn't a lack of stock issue. Has anybody had success with the Global Sourcing scheme ?

I was ordering far more than the MOQ.  I asked on the chat and they said they did not know any details. I'm going to have to use a different PCBA company who can supply that part as it is critical to the design.
