You need to give more information about your requirements.
What frequency?
What power?
What bandwidth?

@Denis751,
Gerbers will be no help if you want to tailor the design because there is no (easy) way to edit them.
You need a Schematic and a PCB design (and since you're here, that implies you want a Schematic and a PCB design in EasyEDA).
There is one PCB design in oshwlab but there is zero documentation with it and only an incomplete schematic.
The files I pointed you to will have design files including schematics and PCB designs but they will probably not be compatible with EasyEDA (at least not without having to export them via 3rd party software in some format that EasyEDA can import.
It does not look likely that you will find what you are looking for as a public project so I think you will have to create your own design from the device datasheets, capture the schematic in EasyEDA and then convert that to a PCB.
There are several examples of a suitable design in the MRF300AN datasheet that cover a number of frequencies from 13.5MHz to over 50MHz.
You may find that there are others here on the forum who may be able to help out. I suspect however that you will need to produce a better Design Requirements Specification than just:
"frequency from 1 to 50 Mhz
Mosfet : MRF300 , MRF1K50"
You may also have to pay for their services.
