The problem is that the two halves of the LM2005 are given prefixes that indicate to EasyEDA that they are two separate devices in two separate packages and not two devices in the same physical package. Edit the prefix for U2.1 to U1.2. Then do Update PCB... That should sort out the problem by removing the U2.1 package.
