How do add some pads to the border that can solder to.
(I'd like to add a button, but it wont be on the PCB)
Also, can I add some headers?
Is anyone free on Zoom/Google to help me do my first SMD PCB?
This is explained in (2.2) including the Appendix, in (2) in the forum topic marked as [Must read]:

@matthewfelgate
Hi!
I have some spare time now because of the holidays.
I can always help and tutor on designing PCBs.
You can PM me Matthew anytime.

@matthewfelgate,
For pads to connect to off-board parts, basically you find and place the Schematic Symbol for a single - or as many as you need - pin header or pad(s) in the Schematic.
There are lots in the libraries in the Schematic.
When you search for a Schematic Symbol for the wiring hole (or any other Schematic Symbol for that matter), check that it has a PCB Footprint assigned to it and then check that the dimensions of that PCB Footprint are suitable for the wire you want to solder to it, by opening it for editing.
If it has no PCB Footprint assigned to it then you will have to find one or create your own and then assign it to the Schematic Symbol.
For headers there are several in the EELib and many more in the System amd LCSC libraries.
Once placed in the Schematic and saved, doing **Create PCB...** or **Update PCB...** (or **Import Changes...** in the PCB) will pull the PCB Footprint into the PCB.
* To understand more about this please see (2.2) in (2) in:

@matthewfelgate,
Your question is unclear but based on your original question a year or so ago and my reply to it:

then you should be looking for any male or female pin header with as many pins as you need holes in the board.
Like these:

And used like these H1 and V1 in this schematic:

<br>
However, as described above you may need to create and save an edited footprint (it's only a round multilayer pad after all) to assign to your chosen schematic symbol in order to place a pad in the PCB with the appropriate hole diamater to accommodate your wire diameter.
