Hi, everyone, I am trying to make a replica of the PCB I attach picture, in order to make my own pin test spring probes. I have no idea how to design this replica, my first file has not been approved by JLCPCB because it can't(*) be done on the way I supposed it may be fabricated. Jlcpcb gave me the option to use castellated but that route does not have nothing to do with my design. I am thinking on end edge plate, but it will be expensive, and I can't read the JLC capabilities in this route. Please take a look at the picture. How do you consider it me be done the file design if you want to make this fabricated? Thank you for any appreciation you may provide. Removing one pin spring I damaged the soldering pad, but it is clear what you can see.
