Select the components you'd like to move to another layer > Find the 'Layer' option at the top of the right side menu called 'component attributes'. Choose the layer you'd like to move them to.

1. Pressing the **T** (Top) or **B** (Bottom) Hotkeys swaps the layer that parts are placed into; 2. To swap parts already placed on the top (or bottom) layer, to the other layer then selecting them and pressing **T** or **B** appropriately is a much faster way to do this. :)
