How do i tell if my mosfet is N channel or P channel (please help thanks) I got; P6NK60ZFP FM013 V6 THA 008 please help thanks

Google is your friend. Look them up on the web. `FM013 V6` and `THA 008` do not look like complete part numbers. Can you post a photo of the package with the p/n clearly visible?

@andyfierman I want to confirm somthing about mosfet. if I'm gonna try to test my mosfet using Multimiter, where should i tap positive? and where should i tap negative? G +D -S for N channel is that correct? G +S -D for P channel is that correct? I want identify if my mosfet is N channel or P channel using multi-meter

You're wasting your time with a multimeter. Just Google: `P6NK60ZFP` and the first hit is: http://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/datasheet/f8/64/c1/02/75/c3/48/77/CD00002937.pdf/files/CD00002937.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.CD00002937.pdf That's your device.
