But the project tree in the left hand panel don’t show my projects and the modify option clicking on the right button of mouse.

Login, click on your username:

then click on My Projects:, click on the right hand `X` (Delete) button:

It's easy.go to project > manage.then click settings in the left down corner.then click advance.then scroll down and you will fine the delete option which will delete the whole project for you.
