How to change content of text fields

How can I change content of text fields along x/y-axis of a saved WaveForm ? Text fields are accessible but no changes made will apply.

Tommy, Sorry but the content of the axes labels is not editable.

I wish it was. On some of my diagrams I'd love to have "90 %" and not "900mV" at the y-axis. It's just a lot of work to change that with Photoshop in the screenshots.
