Can anyone make a symbol for the TM1637 Display Driver IC? (C2962580 LCSC Part) And How it possible to ask the JLCPCB to add in production line?

The Tutorial shows how to make Symbols and Footprints and how to assign Footprints to symbols using the Footprint Manager.
