Can anyone recommend an ideal diode controller to make sure the reverse current is blocked and that is available (high stock) in the SMT part library?
I would have liked to use the LM66100 from TI but it is not available.
Do you mean in the JLCPCB Assembled library?
You need to give more info about what voltage and current ratings you need.
Please do not expect people to have to read the datasheet for your preferred device in ordert to identify a suitable alternative.

I am working with low voltage 2.5V and around 200mA current. As a result I am looking for a low voltage Reverse-Polarity Protection.
