I have projects created in seetrax Ranger 2, and wants to import them into my easyeda projects library.
I am seeking advise on if anyone knows if this is possible?

Not directly.
Your options are:
1. to export it in one of the formats that EasyEDA can import;
2. to export it in a format that another tool can import and then export that in a format that EasyEDA can import;
3. see if anyone can create a script to convert your Seetrax files into EasyEDA format.
