Something is definitely not right. Since when do you have to buy 5,000 resistors? 

@EdHayes3 That's basically the MOQ for Parts pre-order feature where you add parts to your "Part Lib"

There use to be a minimum quantity for how many parts the customer will be charged, at minimum, when ordering SMT assembly. That's what I am expecting to see here.
