I ordered a PCB from JLCPCB and they canceled my order because according to them the size of panel PCB needs to be 7*7 cm at least for their v-cut machine and i am unable to understand how to fix this issue as I am very new to this PCB designing thing. here's the screenshots of the emails I received... ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/V32XpSdHrulcYLr3T3Iua8r6QbkgmN4lUFa0msjb.png) ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/UzjEuZYQ68GOYXBCiAea55oIZ89VWVuGPGP5xEX5.png) and when I couldn't understand a single thing from their replies, they sent me this email with a screenshot which made me even more confused. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/5zLOC1wzxioNfcCJX3T8VcHYHsA8QqQbKHRcTeYz.png) If anybody understands what the problem is and how can I fix it please help me out.

Your panelized PCB is too small to v-cut, you must make it more bigger. or panelize 2 times and more such as: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/nEpvdhEqSNSu21Ez0Yh0jMmmXbgHqFc29AXFOHPY.png)

@ [Simerneet Singh](https://easyeda.com/saibersingh)\, Sorry to make you confused\, basically\, to get through  the v\-cut machine\, the size for the pcb needs to be 7\*7 cm at least\, in you case\, it is 1\.7\*6\.2 cm only\,  it is too small\. If you want to make it with v\-cut\, then you can make the pcb larger\, such as make it as 3\*2 in one panel show above\. Besides\, there another solution\, since it is too small to make with v\-cut\, you can design it with milling or connection tabs\. Thanks ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/jvgRua0wzG2KYCjPYqsA3CkLIpiSNKAclUMQNE2R.png)

@lilyyang000 Hi there, Thank you for explaining me, but my dumb mind is still not able to understand some things, When I try to copy and paste the same circuit in the second column after using panelize tool EasyEDA shows me these blue guide lines ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/GkTsMrcJl0XvkVwiHFthGSS3TVNHUV8Xe9OUWbKA.png)

Hi Please use panelize tool, at present, the editor doesn't support more than 1 board outlines. [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Panelize/index.html](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/PCB/Panelize/index.html)

@UserSupport Hi, I used the panelize tool and this is what I get. Also when I copied and pasted the circuit diagram in the row below, the copper area tool won't actually show the copper area. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/O8WLnKvqUNNTe3VlICdWxOgB5ziPSAW4p57GnEDB.png) Just to clarify, do you mean I should not copy and paste the circuit again and just leave all rows empty?

When you use the Panelize Tool, please don't copy and paste the PCB. please refer the link I replied you.

Hi, gays! I just use the Panelize Tool, and make a Gerber file for several boards with one of full designed. JLCPCB (as example) will do all the parts as same? Thanks.

@[Engineer44](https://easyeda.com/Engineer44), Yes, we will make the board as your design is, if you make them the same.

@cjohnson And should I get all the parts that look the same?

Hi, Will be there additional charge if we order a panelized pcb using this method (panelize tool)? I mean, JLCPCB will need to do additional work (duplicating the design, etc.)

No its of no extra cost, its still only one board that you pay for

@Joshen Do you know if this is still the case?

@georgeeden365, You might do better to post your question as a new topic. This post is at the bottom of a long thread on a different question from yours so getting the context of your question takes a bit of backtracking. :)

@georgeeden365 regarding what mentioned in JLCPCB "charge of extra costs" guideline : > Basically, the basic cost for the pcb is consist of engineering fee+board fee, for the single pcb that within or equals to 102*102mm,  there is engineering fee charged only( special price), but when it is panelised (i.e. PCB has V-Cuts or routed online with mousebites between boards), then it will turn into its original cost of Engineering fee+board fee. So we may ask you to pay for the extra cost for the board fee when it falls into this category.
