JLCPCB won't accept gerbers

Yesterday, I made my first pcb and uploaded it to JLCPCB directly of easyeda without downloading the gerbers to my computer. Today, I can not seem to get this to work with any PCBs even if I download the gerber and upload it to JLCPCB. It failed to upload my gerber files but when I hover my mouse over the upload button then it says the name of my file. Does anyone know how to fix it or if it is a bug?

Although it sounds bad, I am glad to hear this. More likely to be an easily fixable bug than a problem just on my computer.

HI After testing, order PCB directly from EasyEDA to JLCPCB, it works for me. and directly upload the gerber files it works too. please check your Gerber file whether if have some special characters, if yes, please remove them. and try again.

@granbobbi22 @andymouse HI After testing, order PCB directly from EasyEDA to JLCPCB, it works for me. and directly upload the gerber files it works too. please check your **Gerber file name** whether if have some special characters, if yes, please remove them. and try again.

I have changed my pcb name to simply 'preamp' but still no luck. Is the project name allowed to have spaces? Also, strange that it uploads to OSHPark okay but not JLCPCB (which I would prefer to use).

Spaces in Project, Schematic and PCB filenames should be OK. Can you make a project showing this problem public? Maybe even just share the Gerbers with support?
