Min PCB Dimensions for V-Cut Panelization

Is there a minimum PCB dimension (non-SMT) for V-Cut panelization? I recently submitted a small rectangular PCB (10mm x 22mm) that I panelized (in EASYEDA) for V-cut (5 columns, 3 rows). After submitting (and paying), I got this message: _An additional charge is applied to Y98-2263294A_ _2021-02-18 23:59:43_ _1.The size for your pcb is too small( less than 15mm per side), it will take a very long time and have much more difficulties to carry out the v-cut process._ The total board (panelized) was 50mm x 66mm. I wasn't aware that there were any minimum sizes for V-Cuts. Any insight into what I may have done wrong here? BTW: the original order (above) is in-production (after a few rounds of correspondence and selecting "panelized by JLCPCB"). I'm really just asking what I should have done differently to avoid this in the future. I really would like to be able to "panelize by customer".

You may want to change the Category of this topic to JLCPCB. :)

Hello ; Thank you for the time taken to write to us here. Please consider that the minimum size for the whole panel has to be 70mm by 70mm and this is already mentioned in the panalization guideline published in JLCPCB official website that you can check through the following link : [https://support.jlcpcb.com/article/49-pcb-panelization](https://support.jlcpcb.com/article/49-pcb-panelization) In order to create your panel by yourself please arrange your PCBs inside the panel to achieve the minimum size 70mmx70mm then it will be produced without difficulties. ![size.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/Tqr5B1uBIwE3bFJYDKaVCzeYp1m63bf7c8TG2QL7.png)

Thanks for the clarification. I think the issue that caused the confusion, was the notification from support-services regarding the **"less than 15mm per side"**--which really wasn't the problem, it was the TOTAL size that was the issue. _An additional charge is applied to Y98-2263294A_ _2021-02-18 23:59:43_ _1.The size for your pcb is too small( less than 15mm per side), it will take a very long time and have much more difficulties to carry out the v-cut process._
