Is there a minimum PCB dimension (non-SMT) for V-Cut panelization? I recently submitted a small rectangular PCB (10mm x 22mm) that I panelized (in EASYEDA) for V-cut (5 columns, 3 rows). After submitting (and paying), I got this message:
_An additional charge is applied to Y98-2263294A_
<span class="colour" style="color:rgb(153, 153, 153)">_2021-02-18 23:59:43_</span>
_1.The size for your pcb is too small( less than 15mm per side), it will take a very long time and have much more difficulties to carry out the v-cut process._
The total board (panelized) was 50mm x 66mm. I wasn't aware that there were any minimum sizes for V-Cuts. Any insight into what I may have done wrong here?
BTW: the original order (above) is in-production (after a few rounds of correspondence and selecting "panelized by JLCPCB"). I'm really just asking what I should have done differently to avoid this in the future. I really would like to be able to "panelize by customer".
