If the package for C128547 should be identical to the package for C128555 then you can place the schematic symbol for a C128547 in your schematic and then select it and click in the right hand panel on the Package attribute.
This will open the Footprint Manager.
Using the Search box in the upper right corner of the Footprint Manager you can then search for and assign the package for the C128555 to the symbol for the C128547 in your schematic.
