I made a PCB order of two panelized PCBs on November 28th.
After six days, Nicole from EasyEDA approached and said that there is a prizing error or something and the order cannot be produced. We exchanged a few mails but she didn't want to honor the order.
Then I complained to Dillon, on December 9th. He promised to fix this but haven't so far done anything. Today I got a new email from Nicole, suggesting refund.
My point is, EasyEDA order system has errors. But it is not my business to guess whether the prices are right or wrong. I think the correct procedure would be to produce and deliver AND fix the errors.
