I can't find the tool Schematic Lib y PCB lib

Greetings!
This time I have been watching a tutorial to create components and I used the Schematic Lib tool, PCB lib, when I went to the other screen to perform the steps, I did not find the two tools. If you can help me I would appreciate it..schematic lib.png

The video you watched is out of date.

Schematic Lib = Symbol
PCB Lib = Footprint
