**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
After working in EE, then saving work and closing EE, when a new EE is opened, the files that were being worked on when EE was closed are still shown in the window.
But, if they are then edited, it is not always possible to save the files without saving as a new file.
This can lead to two copies of the same file with the same name and details being created.
This will confuse people and may result in errors because the user may edit two different files, thinking they are the same file and so work may be wasted or even lost.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Edit file.
2. Save it.
3. Logout and close EE
4. Reopen EE and login.
Results:
Last working files are already open but may have to be saved as if they were new files.
On reopening EE, all files open at last logout are still open and shown on file tabs.
But file tabs may not different file from the last worked on file.
Expected results:
All saved files open at logout should be closed by EE.
All unsaved files should prompt the user to save them, then they should be closed by EE.
Reopening EE should open with blank canvas with no tabs.
Maybe a message to suggest the user can open an existing file or create a new one?
Needs a little thinking about?
Is a 'Recent files' list possible?
