The JLCPCB design rule documents [https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/Capabilities](https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/Capabilities) label the layers as Top Layer, Layer 2, Layer 3, Bottom Layer But EasyEDA calls them Top Layer, Inner1, Inner2, Bottom Layer Can somebody confirm that Layer 2 always = Inner1 and Layer 3 always = Inner 2.  Or if not what is the sequence as I've put my main ground plane on Inner 1 to be right under the components.
