Will overlapping two leds with pads on the same net on a pcb creating a bicolor footprint cause manufacturing errors

Considering the image that you put in your post the pads in the red circle will cause manufacturing errors
normally, we don't suggest to design like that since it causes manufacturing errors easily for most boards.
You can upload your files to our ordering system and our engineers will check and confirm if it could be manufactured or not.
