Hello, I want to order a P channel MOSFET but not an enhancement one, **I need a depletion transistor** but there is no filter to select only depletion transistors on LCSC, or I haven't seen it. Can please someone explain me how to filter the transistors to only see the depletion or the enhancement ones ? ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/An1ykS8T8LizKXemxqlAzBO4BLc4lfu5zAmIuzlf.png) I can only select the type which is positive or negative : ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/cSJYcQVRYMPIFL1aUiM7zJXnzWhC9RJ3m0uEySeS.png) And all of them seem to be enhancement transistors... Can you please help me Thank you and have a nice day :)

* There are very few depetion mode parts manufactured. * I don't think there are any discrete P channel depetion mode parts currently in manufacture. * Search the various manufacturers or the bigger distributors such as Farnell, Element14, RS, Digikey and Mouser for "depletion mode". Then identify a shortlist of suitable parts then search for those parts in LCSC. * Consider using: * a P channel JFET; * If your supply rail permits: [https://www.mouser.co.uk/datasheet/2/802/DIOO-07-31-2018-DIO1500_V1.2-1384797.pdf](https://www.mouser.co.uk/datasheet/2/802/DIOO-07-31-2018-DIO1500_V1.2-1384797.pdf) * And yet to see the light of day...[https://powerelectronicsworld\.net/article/101899/Making\_a\_debut\_The\_p\-type\_SiC\_MOSFET](https://powerelectronicsworld.net/article/101899/Making_a_debut_The_p-type_SiC_MOSFET), [https://www.scientific.net/MSF.963.841](https://www.scientific.net/MSF.963.841) * Rethink your circuit to use a different type of part.

Hello, Thank you for your response. Effectively I can't find any P channel mosfet in depletion type in Mouser ! ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/eKKuIlFXA1GVTR4vAG4MuGbv7gJDL3rCrwClmlaO.png) This is really surprising. There are so few P type compared to N type too... I'll just try to rethink the circuit I think it is the easiest solution :) Your help is really appreciated many thanks.
