Package got stuck in customs

Has anyone ever got their package from EasyEDA stuck in customs? I used DHL Express shipping method, but it seems that some papers was not readily accessible with the package. Did EasyEDA provide all the required information/papers in the package brief (invoice, package contents, etc.)? Mine got stuck in German customs for 5 days already.

Hi, We listed all information at the packages, You can call DHL if you need any help, please email to nicole@easyeda.cc

@dillon I called them right on the first day it got stuck in customs. They ask me to describe and confirm the content in the package, that why i wonder if EasyEDA has provided the information on the package itself. But nothing I or DHL can do much now with the inspection process... Just have to wait and hope it will not get send back.
