Both the silk layer and solder resist are lifting during alcohol wash. Hard to see here but there is bare copper showing just where the silk layer has gone. Is this because of the matt rather than glossy finish ?
Sorry for the bad photo but it's the best my phone will manage. Those solder balls are on a 1.27mm pitch, not the usual 2.54mm.
