If you don't mind we show your gerber image at here, your gerber without silklayer on lots of 0805 silk.

I really expect this to be a one-off case. I have had dozens of boards manufactured for my business in NZ (many examples at rodyne.com), most use the 0805 footprint as well as chips down to 0.5mm, many have gone in to commercial equipment and I can honestly say the quality and price has been excellent on every single one. I have also recommended this site and PCB service to a few other hobbyists and all have had good results. I hope your new boards are much better.
