If you actually want to go down the path of running a local routing server with EasyEDA (as opposed to the default cloud option), it can be quite time consuming to even find the server files, let alone meeting the prerequisites and getting it running correctly in your specific OS.
I threw together a simple project that lets you build and run a containerized routing server very quickly and easily. I run it on macOS but it should work just fine on any computer running Docker. Check if out if you're interested:
