******BUG****** Concise problem statement: Pressing 'S' Hotkey does not place 'TEXT' in PCB. Red crosshair appears but not white 'TEXT'. Pressing the 'T' button in the PCB Tools toolbar does place 'TEXT' in PCB Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Select and show Document layer in PCB canvas. 2. Press 'S' key 3. Red crosshair appears. Results: No white text appears. None can be selected (i.e. the text is not placed in black) Expected results: The word 'TEXT' should appear in white using either the 'S' Hotkey or the 'T' icon from PCB Tools.
