At “ i “ there is “Bug report” and “Feature suggestion” - basically that’s great, but there must be a public listing for bugs and features. There’s a lot of work to do, but it is mandatory for a serious development: A thread where user can report “I thinks it’s a bug” and read / comment on other user’s bug / feature reports. But you have to moderate, ask back and finally comment on like “Bug listed as 1234” or “not a bug” or “listed as feature request 1234”. The official bug and feature list has to be public. Honestly I’m the first to know how much work it is (part of my small coins …) but you can’t circumvent it. The responsible project manager has to do it personally, not the developer !!!
