The pull down menus, once opened, tend to stick but they don’t behave equally.
E.g. hover over “File” and go straight horizontally to “Rotate and Flip” - nothing will happen (File sticks), but at “Align” File closes.
Most of the time menus will close when going to the dotted drawing field, but not always.
An annoying glitch.
