I “Save” my schematics with a “Descript” (=Descriptor=) but it doesn’t save: Trying to print it says “Please save your file first” and back at “Save” there is no file name (!) but my “Descriptor”. I’m logged in and try several times - nada, although I see the squirreling dots and the message “LOADING” - what is it loading? I want to SAVE and print !!!

The “LOADING” is a GIF image, does the gif disappear after a few seconds? what is it loading? All waiting operation will show this GIF image, I will change the GIF image to "Waiting" soon, it is not perfect, but good enough. Thanks.

Could you please call it "Connecting to server" ? (waiting sounds a bit negative) ---> You may also have to show an error message "Couldn't connect to server" if it fails (?). Regards, Sancho

Hi, > "Connecting to server" ? Accepting. thanks. >"Couldn't connect to server" We do have this error message, but we don't know why you can't get this. We have a dozen of Chinese tester, All of they don't have problem to save files. BTW, our server is located in USA. thanks.
