You have three options as to where and how to save your work. 1) All work in EasyEDA is saved to the cloud because EasyEDA is a cloud-based tool. 2) You can save files locally to your PC by downloading the EasyEDA Source (JSON) files: https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/Export.htm#Export-EasyEDA-Source 3) or you can work locally on your PC (Windows only at present) using the EasyEDA Desktop Client.
