I have been using 0.12mm thick stencil with ok success... some tombstoning occasionally on 603 size parts. I have a new pcb design that contains some QFN sizes and several 402 size parts in addition to larger parts. I'm using T5 paste in a reflow oven. Do you think I should go for the 0.10mm thick stencil?
